Retail Pharmacy Technician

About the role

To deliver a great customer experience while assisting the pharmacist in providing medication and other healthcare products to patients/customers accurately and with the highest level of customer care.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be proficient and fluent in reading, writing, speaking, analyzing, interpreting, and understanding the English language
• Must be able to perform mathematical functions, including ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
• Prefer 1 to 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy environment
• Previous 340B and/or specialty pharmacy experience preferred
• Prefer PTCB certification
• Require active registration and licensure with NJ Board of Pharmacy as pharmacy technician, within 90 days of hire
• Must be at least 18 years of age
