Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized store environment with a focus on floor care.
• Operate the scrubber and buffer; perform dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and spot cleaning of glass and windows.
• Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross‑train to work in multiple store areas to support business needs.
• Role‑model established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Support and embody a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Maintain floor care cleanliness standards, including maintenance and operation of the scrubber and buffer.
