About the role

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for its Fabletics location at Tulsa Premium Outlets - Jenks, OK. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver a best-in-class retail shopping experience, empowering customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store journeys.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers to connect their online and in-store shopping experiences through innovative technology.
• Engage customers actively in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure the store is easy to shop and adds value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining personal sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work effectively with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to multi-task, set priorities, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

• Willingness to work onsite and maintain a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
