Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (The Summit at Fritz Farm - Lexington, KY)

Fabletics is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates for our location at The Summit in Fritz Farm, Lexington, KY. Join our team to deliver a best-in-class retail experience, bridging online and in-store shopping with innovative technology and a dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Store Associate, you’ll collaborate with an energetic team to empower customers, drive engagement, and achieve ambitious business goals. This role reports to the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while guiding customers on product features, fit, and function.
• Engage customers in-store and through community events, promotions, and outreach.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising standards to optimize the shopping journey.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve operations.
• Meet and exceed store objectives for performance, productivity, and sales goals.
• Uphold safety and security standards; identify and report potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, or climb ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
