Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Summit at Fritz Farm - Lexington, KY)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our location at The Summit at Fritz Farm in Lexington, KY. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a hands-on role for a self-starter with high energy who enjoys engaging with people and driving business success.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers meaningfully by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the overall customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence in meeting store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales targets and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical requirements: constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, and standing for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
