About the role

TechStyle Fashion Group - Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Store Associate for its upcoming Fabletics Retail Store at Southlake Town Square in Southlake, TX.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values and provide insight to Customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage Customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive Customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the Customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, which may involve lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices like Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, etc.
• Ability to interact socially with Customers, Employees, and Business Partners both inside and outside the store.
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with a group.
• Great interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and capable of multi-tasking, setting priorities, and working under pressure.
• Flexible with work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Qualifications

• Physical demands: Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
