Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Scottsdale Fashion Square - Scottsdale, AZ)

About the role

Fabletics Retail is seeking a Store Associate for its Scottsdale Fashion Square location in Scottsdale, AZ. This position reports to the Store Manager and offers a unique opportunity to deliver a best-in-class retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping experiences using innovative technology.
• Engage customers actively in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure the shopping experience is easy and adds value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, which may involve lifting up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment, preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to interact socially with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
