Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Ross Park Mall - Pittsburgh, PA)

Part-Time position at our new Fabletics Retail Store in Ross Park Mall, Pittsburgh, PA.

About the role

As a Store Associate, you will provide a best-in-class retail experience, using cutting-edge technology to enable seamless shopping between our website and retail stores. You’ll work alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of energetic associates to help customers Live their Passion. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, highly energetic individual comfortable engaging the public and contributing to a tight-knit team focused on achieving aggressive business goals.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to create an easy-to-shop environment and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive for excellence by meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Unpack inventory boxes (weighing 10-30 lbs) as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment (preferred).
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Experience working with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Physical Demands

• Involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
