Retail Part-Time Store Associate, Fabletics (Fashion Island - Newport Beach, CA)

Fabletics is opening a new location at Fashion Island in Newport Beach, CA and is seeking driven Part-Time Store Associates to deliver a best-in-class retail experience. You’ll connect customers’ online and in-store journeys using innovative technology alongside an energetic team.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values while guiding customers on product fit, features, and fabric.
• Engage customers in-store, at events, and in the community to drive brand loyalty.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising standards to simplify shopping and add value.
• Provide feedback to continuously improve store operations and performance.
• Meet and exceed sales goals, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Unpack and handle inventory boxes weighing 10–30 lbs.
• Adhere to all safety and security protocols.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle activities (e.g., yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition).
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and interact with customers and partners.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multitask under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, move constantly, and occasionally stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb ladders.
• Must be 18 years or older.
