Retail Part Time Store Associate, Fabletics (ABQ Uptown- Albuquerque, New Mexico)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking Part-Time Store Associates for its ABQ Uptown location in Albuquerque, New Mexico. This position reports to the Store Manager and offers a unique opportunity to deliver a best-in-class retail experience while empowering customers.

Responsibilities

• Empower customers to seamlessly connect their online and in-store shopping journeys through innovative technology.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to purchases.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales performance.
• Maintain safety and security standards, and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of work experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socialize with customers, employees, and business partners both inside and outside the store.
• Team-oriented and able to work effectively with large groups.
• Good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and strong adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and capable of multitasking.
• Flexible work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Age 18 or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
