About the role
This position will report to the Store Manager and is part-time.
Responsibilities
- Embody Fabletics culture and values
- Engage customers in new and meaningful ways
- Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store
- Provide training and immediate feedback
- Communicate inventory and training needs
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines
- Participate in providing feedback to improve the business
- Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance goals
- Serve as a resource for product knowledge
- Achieve sales goals
Requirements
- 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment
- Prior retail management experience preferred
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners
- Ability to work with large teams
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems
- Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and ability to bring out the best in others
- Flexibility in work hours, willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
