The Sr. Store Associate role is essential in driving store success through inspiring sales brilliance and exceptional service in key areas such as Print and Technology. About the role

As a Sr. Store Associate - Part Time, you will actively connect with customers, addressing their needs by recommending products, services, and solutions to enhance their experience. You will help create and nurture a vibrant sales culture, uphold visual and merchandising standards, manage freight and logistics, and prioritize unparalleled client satisfaction. The role requires advanced training in print and technology products/services to ensure you possess next-level knowledge for effective customer assistance.

Responsibilities

  • Support a positive customer-centric experience by proactively acknowledging and engaging every customer.
  • Utilize the selling program to promote the best solutions and additional products/services.
  • Maintain awareness of planned advertisements, promotions, sales, and loyalty programs.
  • Consistently maintain store and print department appearance according to company guidelines.
  • Adhere to standards for signage, labeling, and merchandise presentation.
  • Follow established sorting and stocking guidelines; complete freight processes.
  • Organize and set up the freight sorting area in accordance with guidelines.
  • Scan, investigate, and fill inventory lows and outs daily.
  • Develop personal selling skills and product knowledge through provided sales and service tools, including advanced Print and Technology training.
  • Pursue continued education and designated certifications in print and technology, if required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and practices; support loss prevention efforts.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no previous experience required (retail sales experience preferred).
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Access.
  • Able to use technology and POS systems to access information and process transactions.
  • Able to read, write, and count accurately to complete documentation, use training tools, and process inventory.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with customers and coworkers.
  • Enjoys interacting with people and working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Consent to periodic comprehensive background checks conducted by a third-party.

Pay

The salary range for this role is $11.15/hour to $18.50/hour, with adjustments to comply with all state and local minimum wage requirements.
