Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Shops at Wiregrass - Wesley Chapel, FL)

Fabletics is looking for a Part-Time Sales Lead to join our store at The Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, FL. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and in-store shopping.

About the role

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. You’ll engage with customers, drive performance, and maintain store standards while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values, providing customers with insights on how to live their passion.
• Engage customers in meaningful ways by sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide and receive feedback to continuously improve store operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with unpacking inventory boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of or familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills and the ability to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
