Retail Full Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Shops at Wiregrass - Wesley Chapel, FL)

Fabletics is looking for a Full-Time Sales Lead at our location in The Shops at Wiregrass, Wesley Chapel, FL.

About the Role

As the Sales Lead, you will deliver a best-in-class retail customer experience while supporting sales and operations. You’ll use cutting-edge technology to help customers shop seamlessly between our website and retail stores. Working alongside the Store Manager, supervisors, and a team of associates, you’ll help customers Live their Passion. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly energetic, and comfortable engaging the public.

Responsibilities

• Embody our culture and values while providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways by sharing knowledge of fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on our Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Customer Engagement, Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
• Provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Maintain all safety and security standards; identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 10–30 lbs).

Requirements

• 1+ years of work experience in a retail environment; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative when opportunities arise.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, including evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Physical Demands

• Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
• May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
