Retail Part Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (The Shops at La Cantera - San Antonio, TX)

About the role

The Part-Time Sales Lead position at Fabletics, located at The Shops at La Cantera - San Antonio, TX, is seeking a self-starter with high energy who loves engaging with new people. This role reports to the Store Manager and involves actively engaging customers, providing product knowledge, and driving customer engagement.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to Live their passion.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on product fabrics, features, fit, and function.
• Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store, including store events and promotions, and community projects.
• Provide training and immediate feedback around the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines that make shopping easy and add value to the customer's purchase journey.
• Participate in providing and nourishing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain all safety and security standards, and identify and communicate potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams.
• Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• The ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
