Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (San Marcos Premium Outlets - San Marcos, TX)

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for our San Marcos Premium Outlets location in San Marcos, TX. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting sales and operations, leveraging technology to bridge online and retail shopping.

As a Sales Lead, you’ll collaborate with a driven Store Manager and a passionate team to help customers live their passion. This is a high-energy role for a self-starter who enjoys engaging with people and driving business growth.

Responsibilities

• Embody Fabletics’ culture and values while providing customers with insights on fabrics, features, fit, and function of products.
• Drive customer engagement through in-store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and performance expectations (e.g., Omnicart, Member Chat).
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet or exceed individual and team performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store-merchandising guidelines to improve the shopping experience.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve business operations.
• Strive to meet and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Serve as a resource for product knowledge for customers and team members.
• Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
• Uphold all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
• Assist with inventory tasks, including unpacking boxes (10-30 lbs).

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail work experience; prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of active lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling/spin, Pilates, weight training, running, or nutrition.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work with ambiguity, take initiative, and bring out the best in others.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
• Physical ability to constantly move, talk, hear, reach, grab, and stand for at least two consecutive hours; may involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, or climbing ladders.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
