Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their location at San Marcos Premium Outlets - San Marcos, TX. This role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience, leveraging technology, and collaborating with a team to support sales and operations.

- Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
- Provide training and immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
- Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain store merchandising guidelines to make shopping easy and add value to the customer’s purchase journey.
- Participate actively to provide and nourish feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
- Strive for excellence, meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
- Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
- Maintain personal sales goals and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain all safety and security standards, identifying and communicating potential issues.
- Unpack boxes for inventory as required, weighing up to 30 lbs.
What You Bring To The Team
- 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
- Prior retail management experience, a plus.
- Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
- Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
- Ability to work with large teams.
- Great interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- A high degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity, including the ability to take initiative when opportunities arise.
- Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
- Self-motivation, strong communication skills, and the ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
- Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
