Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Mall of America - Bloomington, MN)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for its location at Mall of America in Bloomington, MN. This role involves leading a seamless shopping experience, engaging customers, and driving performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Provide insight to customers on how to Live their passion through active lifestyle choices.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by offering knowledge about Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to enhance the customer experience.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines to ensure an easy shopping experience.
• Participate in providing feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Strive for excellence in meeting and exceeding performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Serve as a resource for general product knowledge to all customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain a personal sales record.
• Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience within a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners inside and outside the store environment.
• Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, a good communicator, and able to bring the best out in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, open to working evenings, weekends, and national holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to work onsite and a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
