Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their new store at Westfield Galleria at Roseville, CA. The ideal candidate should have 1 year of retail experience and a passion for engaging with customers.

Responsibilities

• Leverage cutting-edge technology to enhance the shopping experience.
• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge about products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide feedback to associates on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to help associates meet and exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and provide feedback to improve the shopping experience.
• Multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
• Be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is a plus.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
• Highly comfortable with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Experience with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, good communicator, and able to bring out the best in others.
• Flexibility in work hours.
