Retail Part-Time Sales Lead, Fabletics (Galleria at Roseville - Roseville, CA)

About the role

Fabletics is seeking a Part-Time Sales Lead for their new store at Westfield Galleria at Roseville, CA. The role involves leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance the customer experience, driving engagement both inside and outside the store, and supporting both Sales and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in new and meaningful ways by providing knowledge on Fabletics products.
• Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
• Train and provide immediate feedback on the Customer Experience Playbook and other performance expectations.
• Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet and exceed performance goals.
• Maintain store merchandising guidelines and ensure the shopping experience is seamless.
• Provide feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business.
• Multi-task, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure to meet and exceed store objectives.
• Act as a resource for product knowledge and serve as a point of contact for customers and team members.
• Achieve sales goals and maintain personal sales targets.
• Maintain safety and security standards, identify potential issues, and unpack boxes as required.

Requirements

• 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment.
• Prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Knowledge and familiarity with active lifestyle choices such as Yoga, Cycling/Spin, Pilates, Weight Training, Running, Nutrition, and other healthy activities.
• Ability to interact with customers, employees, and business partners in various settings.
• Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• High comfort level with ambiguity and the ability to take initiative.
• Familiarity with retail inventory and POS systems.
• Self-motivated, effective communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
• Flexibility in work hours, willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
