Retail Outlet Warehouse Associate
Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking motivated, reliable, and team-oriented individuals to join us as Retail Outlet Warehouse Associates. This role is key to keeping our stores running smoothly—from receiving and staging merchandise to ensuring our showroom and warehouse meet safety and visual standards. Product Support Associates are the hands-on heroes behind the scenes, making sure our customers receive the outstanding Bob’s experience.
Responsibilities
- Receiving and staging merchandise
- Ensuring showroom and warehouse meet safety and visual standards
- Product assembly and visual merchandising
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of workspaces
- Supporting store operations with flexibility and teamwork
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a retail schedule
- Comfortable lifting, moving, and assembling merchandise (up to 75 lbs.)
- Strong teamwork, listening, and communication skills
- Physical endurance for standing, bending, and frequent walking
- Manual dexterity and ability to use tools for assembly

- Warehouse safety and inventory handling
- Merchandise receiving and staging

- Safe lifting techniques

- Customer interaction and teamwork
- Prior experience in a retail stockroom, warehouse, or back-end operation (preferred)
