Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Work in a fast-paced, fun showroom where honesty, teamwork, and customer focus are the foundation of everything we do
• Handle transactions, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Communicate effectively and listen actively to build strong relationships with customers
• Adapt to flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the showroom and interact with customers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
• Basic computer proficiency preferred
• Prior commission-based sales experience preferred
