Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations
• Work in a fast-paced, fun showroom where honesty, teamwork, and customer focus are the foundation of everything we do
• Support the team in achieving sales goals through effective communication and consultative selling techniques
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate pricing and product information
• Adhere to store policies and procedures to maintain a safe and welcoming environment

Requirements

• Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
• Flexibility to work retail hours
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Ability to move throughout the showroom and interact with customers
• Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance
