Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create positive, memorable shopping experiences
- Use a consultative approach to help customers discover home furnishing solutions at unbeatable outlet prices
- Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move throughout the showroom and interact with customers
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Pay
Hourly pay plus commission. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $35,000 - $55,000 annually.

Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
