Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and create memorable shopping experiences
- Use a consultative approach to help customers find home furnishing solutions at outlet prices
- Demonstrate strong communication, active listening, and sales confidence
- Collaborate with team members in a fast-paced retail environment
- Maintain organization, time management, and dependability
Requirements
- Energetic, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Flexibility to work retail hours
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to move throughout the showroom and interact with customers
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs. unassisted; up to 50 lbs. with assistance

Pay
Hourly pay plus uncapped commissions. Expected first-year earnings typically range from $45,000 - $65,000 annually.
