Retail Operator Lead - Hillsborough County Commissary, FL

Job Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns work assignments to a retail team and oversees the completion of tasks
• May be responsible for the oversight or delegation of responsibilities within the Retail Sales operation
• Conducts and attends daily shift huddles while communicating operational priorities
• Visits multiple retail locations to maintain an organized workspace and upkeep of proper inventory storage and tracking as well as ensuring food safety and sanitation protocols are followed
• Interacts with and answers client and customer inquiries about retail offerings as well as feedback on products, set-up and execution of retail services
• Upholds standards of operations that will ensure providing all clients and staff of the institution with a quality-controlled, satisfying, and appealing retail service

Qualifications

• Demonstrate interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Basic math and counting skills required
• Strong customer service skills to interact with client associates
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling up to 50 lb.
• Must be available to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
