Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and overall performance across multiple Daily Deals locations.
- Partner with Store Managers to drive sales growth, improve margins, and execute business action plans.
- Analyze operational and financial performance, including payroll, sales trends, and expense management.
- Establish and maintain merchandising standards, including product placement, pricing, signage, and promotional execution.
- Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operational performance and merchandising effectiveness.
- Lead merchandising initiatives focused on driving foot traffic, sales, and customer engagement.
- Hire, coach, mentor, and develop Store Managers and emerging retail leaders.
- Led accountability, performance expectations, and continuous improvement across all locations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety standards, and federal, state, and local regulations.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within a fast-paced, growth-oriented organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and 5–7 years of progressive retail management experience.
- Multi-unit retail management experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, merchandising strategy, pricing, promotions, and store presentation.
- Proven ability to analyze financial and operational reports to drive business decisions and results.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and mentorship experience with a focus on developing teams.
- Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management systems preferred.
- Grocery or food retail experience preferred.
- Ability to travel between store locations as needed.
