Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store’s overall sales goals
• Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration, and partnership with the management team
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions
• Follow store operating procedures to minimize shrink and ensure compliance with company standards
• Handle all Point of Sale (POS) transactions accurately and efficiently
• Ensure overall accuracy in inventory and proper organization of Canada Goose products
• Process inbound and outbound shipments, replenishment, damages, returns to vendor, and other inventory-related tasks
• Support the upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards
• Maintain Visual Merchandise directives to uphold brand presentation

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused environment
• Proven record of maintaining successful store operations
• Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations
• Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Good understanding of inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Proficiency in another language is a bonus

Pay

Hourly range: $20.50 - $23.50 per hour. The range is intended as a guideline and does not represent a guaranteed offer. Actual compensation will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with the role, while considering market data and internal equity.
