Retail Operations Associate

About the Role

Branson Bank exists to help our neighbors prosper—and the Retail Operations Associate ensures our retail network runs accurately, consistently, and in step with policy so customers receive dependable service every time.

Responsibilities

• Support branch operational processes
• Review transactional activity and reports
• Complete reconciliations
• Track exceptions and follow-up items
• Maintain required records, schedules, and documentation
• Partner with associates and leaders across locations to resolve issues and improve workflow

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in retail banking operations and branch processes
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and analytical problem-solving
• Ability to manage recurring deadlines and multiple priorities
• Tech aptitude; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Clear written/verbal communication and strict confidentiality

What to Expect

This role combines focused administrative work with collaboration and problem-solving throughout the day. You'll balance recurring reports and reconciliations with changing Retail needs, working closely with associates and leadership across Bank locations. Some days may be heavily focused on reporting and data; others may require more coordination, follow-up, or support. The goal is the same: help keep Retail operations accurate, organized, and running smoothly so our teams can stay focused on serving customers.
