About the role
Rooms To Go is hiring a Retail Office Assistant to support sales associates, customers, and store management in the offices of our retail stores. Responsibilities include supporting sales associates, processing payments and finance applications, answering delivery questions, assisting with customer care responsibilities, answering phones, and various other office duties as assigned.

Requirements
- Over one year of relevant experience preferred
- Courteous and patient with strong customer service orientation
- Computer navigation skills, general computer knowledge, and MS Office understanding
- Effective communication, both written and verbally
