About the role
Support the execution of in-store product placement and presentation to ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Create a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining product availability and assisting with promotional setups.
Play a vital role in driving sales and supporting overall store performance through attention to detail and consistency in merchandising standards.
Responsibilities

- Ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
- Age 18 or older
- Ability to move, bend, stand, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to operate pallet jacks and U-boat carts
- Reliable transportation to and from work locations
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Ability to work independently and build successful teams
- Able to work with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Qualifications
- No prior experience required as training and support are provided
- Competitive wages: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
