About the role

Support the execution of in-store product placement and presentation to ensure shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

Help create a positive shopping experience for customers by maintaining product availability and assisting with promotional setups.

Play a vital role in driving sales and supporting overall store performance through attention to detail and consistency in merchandising standards.

Requirements

• Comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Age 18 or older.
• Able to perform physical work of moving, bending, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Able to push pallet jacks and U-boat carts.
• Reliable transportation to and from work locations.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills with clients, customers, and team members.
• Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results.
• Ability to work independently and successfully build teams.
• Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment.

Qualifications

No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed.
