About the role
Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs. This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Build displays and end caps
- Reset shelves with product rotation
- Track inventory
- Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires
Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with customers and management
- 18 years or older
- Can perform physical work of moving, bending, standing and can lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work location
- 1-2 years of merchandising experience
- Experience leading and training people
- Use smartphone or tablet to record work after each shift
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong bias for action and results
- Work independently, but also possess successful team building skills
- Able to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
Qualifications
Competitive wages; $18.50 per hour. No prior experience is required as we provide training and team support to help you succeed. Additional hours may be available upon request.
