About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support to meet shopper needs by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales. Assist leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years old with 1-2 years merchandising experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical tasks, and work independently or in teams
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Proficient with smartphones or tablets for work recording
• Reliable transportation and a safety-first mindset in retail settings
