About the role

Provide in-store merchandising support by building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory to optimize sales.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain product displays
• Reset shelves according to planograms
• Track inventory levels and report stock needs
• Support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires

Requirements

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience
• Leadership and training skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, bending)
• Reliable transportation
• Comfort using smartphones or tablets for work documentation
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Self-motivated, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in teams
