About the role
Join the LEGO® US Merchandising team as a part-time Retail Merchandiser and provide outstanding merchandising in some of our biggest US retail customers. You will play a central role in encouraging the builders of tomorrow by delivering inspirational retail experiences to LEGO® fans of all ages.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and establish relationships with store management and key decision makers to complete LEGO® US merchandising priorities.
- Stock shelves and pack out product from retailers’ on-premises storage facilities.
- Maintain product displays and pricing.
- Install or maintain point-of-purchase materials.
- Interact with shoppers and supervise store inventory.
- Ensure set displays and inventory integrity.
- Share product knowledge and LEGO® brand values with store management and consumers.
- Report all merchandising activity as advised by the field manager.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must live within 20 miles of Nashville, TN.
- Ability to work daytime business hours (20–24 hours per week), with availability Monday–Friday between 7 AM–6 PM.
- Tech-savvy (iPad/tablet/smartphone, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Personal cell phone and computer with internet access for texting and email.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of car insurance, and a good DMV record.
- Physical ability to climb ladders up to 12’ tall and regularly lift up to 40 lbs. from floor to waist or chest height.
- Able to bend, twist, reach, squat, kneel, walk, and stand for long periods while adhering to safety policies.
Retail merchandising experience is helpful but not required.

Pay
The hourly rate for this position ranges from $18.00 to $20.00, based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
