Retail Merchandiser (Immediate Hire)

About the role

Execute retail merchandising tasks in grocery and retail settings.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement plano-grams, resets, and layouts for department or cosmetic/brand displays.
• Meet challenging deadlines with strong execution skills.
• Engage professionally with clients, store management, and team members.
• Accurately report completed tasks via designated systems on the same day.
• Complete required training and certification programs.
• Utilize communication tools for planning, reporting, and reviewing work.
• Maintain excellent customer service and foster professional relationships with store personnel.
• Ensure proper equipment maintenance and responsible handling of products/materials.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and perform additional tasks as directed.

Requirements

• Retail reset or merchandising experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Effective communication with store personnel regarding tasks and sales objectives.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license for travel between locations.
• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Outlook, Internet) and ability to use tablets/smartphones.
• Availability for part-time work, primarily Monday-Friday, with flexibility for occasional evenings or weekends.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and handle physical reset tasks.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and customer service focus.
