Retail Merchandiser (Immediate Hire)

About the role

Perform retail merchandising tasks in grocery or retail settings, including reading planograms and implementing resets.

Responsibilities

• Meet challenging deadlines with strong execution skills.
• Interact professionally with clients, store management, and team members, providing excellent customer service.
• Accurately report completed tasks using designated systems on the same day.
• Complete required training, engage with communication tools, and maintain equipment properly.
• Receive and utilize products/materials for resets, following company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in retail reset or merchandising, preferably in cosmetics.
• Effective communication with store personnel and management.
• Reliable transportation, with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance if using a personal vehicle.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, internet use, and familiarity with tablets or smartphones.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly, and up to 60 pounds occasionally, with physical agility for resets.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must pass background and drug screening as required.
• Proficiency with basic technology and reliable internet access is necessary.

Skills

• Bilingual skills may be advantageous.

Schedule

• Part-time role, not exceeding 24 hours per week, with flexible hours Monday through Friday.
• Availability for 8-hour shifts starting at 8:00 am, with occasional evening, weekend, or overnight work.
