About the role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for enhancing store aesthetics, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Enhance store aesthetics by organizing merchandise displays and maintaining a visually appealing environment.
• Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
• Ensure product availability and accuracy in the store.

• Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent service.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Pay
