About the role
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for enhancing store aesthetics, managing inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Enhance store aesthetics by organizing merchandise displays and maintaining a visually appealing environment.
- Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products.
- Ensure product availability and accuracy in the store.
- Collaborate with other departments to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide excellent service.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
