About the role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for organizing and displaying products in-store to enhance customer experience and sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Assess store layouts and product placement to optimize sales and customer flow.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to align merchandising strategies with overall business goals.
• Develop and implement promotional displays and seasonal merchandising plans.
• Work closely with suppliers to maintain high-quality product offerings.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework or relevant training preferred.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
