About the role

As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for enhancing store displays, managing inventory, and ensuring that products are presented in an attractive and effective manner to drive sales. You will work closely with the store management team to implement merchandising strategies that align with the brand's image and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Enhance store displays to attract customers and increase sales
• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
• Collaborate with store management to develop and execute merchandising plans
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail experience
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required)

Pay

$15 - $20 per hour based on experience
