About the role

Responsible for organizing and displaying products in retail stores to attract customers and increase sales. Conducts product demonstrations and assists customers in making purchases.

• Organize and display merchandise in a visually appealing manner
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about products
• Assist customers in finding and purchasing products
• Participate in store events and promotions
• Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of retail operations and customer behavior

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or related field preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods
