About the role
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that products are displayed attractively and effectively within the store. This includes organizing merchandise, maintaining displays, and collaborating with other departments to optimize sales.
Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain product displays to enhance customer appeal and sales performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive and appealing store layout.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the store.
- Assist customers in finding products and providing recommendations based on their needs.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on new products and trends.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
Qualifications

- Some college coursework in business or related field preferred.
