Role Overview

Responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience by engaging with customers, maintaining store cleanliness, and adhering to operational standards. Supports store functions through cross-training in multiple areas, promoting a positive store culture founded on honesty, integrity, and respect.

Key Responsibilities

• Model and support customer service practices
• Accurately process transactions and promote loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising and operational procedures
• Participate in store recovery, cleanliness, and safety initiatives
• Support shrink reduction and uphold loss prevention standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and respond to changing needs
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Preferrably retail experience
