Retail Merchandise Associate

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to deliver a highly satisfying experience
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment
• Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• Support and embody a positive store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect
• Accurately process transactions, returns, and promote credit and loyalty programs
• Follow merchandising procedures and prepare merchandise for sale
• Participate in store recovery, safety, and shrink reduction efforts
• Support store initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications & Skills

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational ability and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Effective teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Retail experience preferred
