This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy talking with customers, asking great questions, and helping homeowners learn about a product that solves a common problem.

Retail Marketers work inside partnered retail stores during scheduled shifts. Hours vary, and weekend availability (Friday–Sunday) is required.

Compensation & Schedule

• $18/hour starting pay
• Weekly pay every Friday
• Bonus opportunities that commonly bring total earnings to $25+/hour

Responsibilities

• Start friendly conversations with shoppers and ask qualifying questions about their home
• Demonstrate how LeafFilter works and explain the value of our product
• Collect customer information for our scheduling team
• Meet lead goals with support from your Retail Event Marketing Manager

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching and speaking with new people
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work weekends
• High energy and positive engagement throughout the shift
• Smartphone required
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently while staying connected with your manager
