Responsibilities

• Engage and educate potential customers about the value of our brand and products.
• Drive appointments by booking meetings with decision-makers to showcase our solutions.
• Provide event support, including setting up, executing, and breaking down events.
• Share customer feedback and insights with management to improve future initiatives.
• Maintain a professional demeanor while staying energetic and engaging with others.

Requirements

• Comfortable approaching new people, striking up conversations, and building rapport.
• Dependable, punctual, and ready to take initiative.
• Positive, enthusiastic attitude and ability to bring energy to the workplace.
• Access to reliable transportation for event-related travel.
• Availability on weekends, as most events occur on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of event setup.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay

• Base compensation: $20.00 per hour.
• Uncapped weekly bonus opportunities based on performance (full and part-time).
• $40.00 per appointment that receives a DEMO or a DNS (Did Not Sell) by our sales team. Bonuses are paid even if the lead does not sell.
• Annual bonus increase: $5.00 increase on bonuses every year of employment, capped at $75.00 per appointment.
• Senior Brand Ambassador: After maintaining above-average metrics for 3 consecutive months, earn a $2.00 per hour increase ($22.00/hour) and a $10 per demo increase ($50 per demo).

Vehicle Allowance

Flat-rate travel pay (not mileage) based on round-trip distance:

• 30–60 miles: $50/day
• 61–80 miles: $60/day
• 81–100 miles: $70/day
• 101–120 miles: $80/day
• 121–150 miles: $90/day
• 151–180 miles: $100/day

This allowance covers gas, wear-and-tear, and time.
