Retail Marketer (Weekly Pay!)

About the Role

The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. The role requires exceeding lead targets and goals set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques.
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed of activities and results.
• Meet predetermined performance goals and lead generation targets.
• Generate high‑quality leads for industry‑leading gutter protection products.

Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
• Attention to detail and punctuality.
• Smartphone required.
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product.
• High level of energy and ability to stay engaged for long periods.
• Ability to utilize the company’s proven system to generate leads.

Pay

Starting pay is $18 per hour plus commission. Commission opportunities allow motivated marketers to earn $25 or more per hour, with compensation increasing based on performance.

Schedule

Hours and days vary; weekend availability is required. Shifts are part‑time, with the flexibility to work a variety of retail store locations.
