Retail Marketer (Weekly Pay!)

About the role

LeafFilter Gutter Protection, a rapidly growing home improvement company, is seeking part‑time retail marketers. The Retail Marketer will attend pre‑scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers, responsible for exceeding issued lead targets and goals administered by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
• Work well without close supervision but always keep the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high quality leads for industry‑leading products

Requirements

• Willing to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctual
• Smartphone required
• Self‑motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about the product
• High level of energy and engagement for long periods of time
• Ability to utilize the proven system to generate leads for the #1 rated product

Pay

• Base pay: $18/hour plus commission
• Commission opportunities enable earnings of $25+/hour for motivated marketers
• Compensation increases based on performance
• Paid weekly (every Friday)

Schedule

• Hours and days vary; weekend availability is required
• Must be willing to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
