Your Impact
- Drive consistent revenue growth through your General Manager across all 7 retail locations by aligning performance to clear KPIs and sales plans
- Build and develop high-performing teams, creating strong leadership at the store level
- Elevate the customer experience to increase loyalty, retention, and overall brand reputation
- Improve profitability by identifying opportunities in assortment, pricing, and inventory planning
- Ensure operational excellence across all locations, from merchandising to compliance
- Use data and market insights to guide decisions and optimize performance
- Strengthening cross-functional partnerships across retail, wholesale, cultivation, and vendor teams
- Hold teams accountable to company policies, standards, and performance expectations
Your Strengths
- Proven experience leading multi-unit retail teams and driving sales performance
- Strong ability to coach and develop high performing teams
- Solid business acumen, with experience managing KPIs, budgets, and P&L
- Experience with inventory planning, merchandising, and driving profitability
- Working knowledge of compliance and operating within regulated industries (cannabis experience a plus)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and relate at all levels
- Strong commitment to a positive and welcoming work culture for all
